Influence chapter 4 It was only a few nights after the encounter with the strange creature. I woke up rather suddenly after a nightmare which I couldn't recall. I summoned the effort to turn my head around so I could check the time. It was still early in the morning so I tried to get back to sleep but to no avail. I had a feeling that something bad was going to happen. My instincts told me to get dressed so I did just that. I started fiddling with the coin I found whilst running from the creature; experts told me I would only get about £50 profit if I was to sell it so I kept it in the end.Influence chapter 4 by ~05wheldonm

Influence chapter 3 The incident took place when we were 10 years old so we were rather young. Our school back then was only small and so we all knew each other rather well. George was still rather friendly, with a friend from every year group, but I was more talkative because of the smaller environment. There were only ten people in our year and about seventy pupils in the school so there was a lot of space at break times. Not many people lived in the area when it was built but for some reason the builders made it to hold up to 700 pupils; that was a mystery that plagued the school for many centuries.Influence chapter 3 by ~05wheldonm

Influence chapter 2 The rest of the week went by rather quickly. I was impatient to check out the corn field where I spotted the weird flash of light and the creature. Surely a creature of that speed would've flattened a lot of the corn but it was hard to tell from the bus because the field was quite distant from the road. The hardest part by far was trying to convince my friends to make the detour into the corn field, not everyone had as much stamina as George so finding a good reason to get them in the corn field was going to be hard.Influence chapter 2 by ~05wheldonm
